Inland Waters Small Passenger Boat Code

All small passenger carrying craft, up to 12 passengers, operating within the harbour limits are required to be licensed and comply with South Hams District Council's requirements, which are in line with both the recommendations of the South West Regional Standing Committee on the Safety of Small Craft and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency's (MCA) document entitled Inland Waterways Small Passenger Boat Code
