Dart Harbour Meetings

Members of the public can attend to hear presentations by board members on the previous years activities and the forward plans for the future year. There is also an opportunity at this function to ask questions and to network with board members and staff. If you intend to come along please email admin@dartharbour.org to register your attendance - this will assist with catering arrangements. Please see attached PDF File

Timetable for Dart Harbour Board Meetings in 2011. Please note the venue for the April meeting will be at the Dartmouth Yacht Club, South Embankment, Dartmouth on this occasion only because of building works at the Flavel Centre.

Meetings are normally held on the second Monday of each month, except in August. Meetings are held in The Studio at the Flavel Centre, Dartmouth at 2pm*. The meetings are open to the public. At the beginning of every meeting there is a 15 minute open forum at which members of the public may ask a question or make a statement. People are encouraged to make their views known to Dart Harbour.
Members of the public are only excluded from those sections of the meeting where business of a commercially confidential nature, legal advice or private matters relating to individual members of staff (such as salary details and personnel matters). Sections of the meeting where the public are excluded are referred to as "in committee" and take place at the end of the open meeting.

Dart Harbour held the Annual Meeting on Monday 5th December 2011 at the Flavel Centre, Dartmouth.

Annual Meeting 2012- 3rd December 2012 at the Flavel Centre, Dartmouth from 7.00pm

An opportunity for the public to hear, first hand, about the last year’s operations and to find out what is in the pipeline for 2012
