Moorings Officer (North)
A Moorings Officer is employed to handle the allocation of moorings, to check that Dart Harbour Moorings are let to the waiting list and to allocate winter moorings. He plays a key role in the maintenance of the waiting lists and give practical advice to berth holders on the moorings in the upper reaches of the river. The Moorings Officer has a dual role and also carries out the duties of aRiver Officer. The Moorings Officer reports directly to the Deputy Harbour Master.
Currently the allocation of moorings and waiting list for the down river section is handled by the Deputy Harbour Master.
