FORMS

You can download our forms as pdf files.

For you and your boat's security Dart Harbour needs to keep up to date records about boats in the harbour and the river, their moorings and their owners.

Change of boat

If you intend to change your boat, whether you are a Dart Harbour berth holder, a private mooring holder, if you berth your boat at a marina or even if you just have a dinghy you will need to inform Dart Harbour by using a Change of Boat form.

Very important: Whether you have a moorings' licence or a mooring contract you must check with Dart Harbour that the mooring is suitable for the boat that you intend to purchase before you go ahead and buy your boat.

New Boat or Change of owner

If you are buying a boat or if you change your details (e.g move house etc) please ensure that Dart Harbour has your correct new details on file and those of your registered vessel. Please complete the change of owner details/new boat form and return it by fax or post to Dart Harbour.

Very important: Whether you have a moorings' licence or a mooring contract you must check with Dart Harbour that the mooring is suitable for the boat that you intend to purchase before you go ahead and buy your boat.
