LNTM 06 2017 Head of the Dart Rowing Race and SUP Event

There will be two large individual events taking place within the harbour between Totnes and Dartmouth, with approximately 200 competitors on the water each day.
- On Saturday 01 April, the ‘Head of the Dart Rowing Races’ will take place, starting at Totnes from approximately 1130hrs BST, with vessels racing down the river and finishing in the vicinity just to the north of the higher car ferry. It is anticipated all racing will have finished by 1600hrs.
- On Sunday 02 April, the ‘Stand Up Paddleboard Event’ will take place, starting at Totnes from approximately 1200hrs BST, with entrants racing down the river and finishing in the vicinity just to the north of the higher car ferry. It is anticipated all racing will have finished by 1630hrs.
There will be various identifiable rescue boats situated along the course and each event has a nominated safety officer, details below:

All harbour users are requested to keep a good lookout. Please give participating vessels and entrants a wide berth, keep your wash to a minimum and navigate with extra caution.
