The Young Champion Awards are designed to inspire the children who live near the river Dart to engage with it in new and exciting ways.
There are three categories: Primary, Secondary and the Board Award.
Primary is for groups or classes to enter, Secondary is for individuals, but they can have adult supervision.
The Board Award rewards individuals between the ages of 16 and 21 or an older person or organisation that has helped young people to use or appreciate the Dart over a number of years or in an exceptional way.
The key to a great Dart Harbour entry is to be enthused and for the young people involved to be the leaders of their own project. Previous winners have found ways to engage with the river as wide ranging as you can imagine: from art to music to sports to environmental projects and even food!
To enter is incredibly easy – just click HERE and fill in the simple entry form.
