Staff
Dart Harbour is a Trust Port run by a board of trustees who reinvest all profits for the benefit of all port users and wider regional and local interests.
It has a Board of members with day-to-day operation delegated to the Harbour Master to manage the Harbour. The Harbour Master, Capt David White, has 50 staff in both full time, part time and voluntary positions to help him.
Assistant Harbour Master
The Assistant Harbour Master supports the Harbour Master in his role and supervises the mooring and river staff teams.
River & Mooring Staff
Dart Harbour has a team of 6 permanent river based staff. Their role is to maintain the moorings, carry out maintenance work, allocate moorings and carry out river patrols. In the summer months the permanent River Officers are joined by our regular part time seasonal staff. River patrols operate between 0730 and 2300 (summer only).
Office Staff
The office is manned by a team consisting of Finance Manager, Senior Administrator and two Administration & Finance Assistants.
