Permits and restricted activities.
Some activities that take place in the harbour require permission from Dart Harbour to proceed. These include Diving, be it recreational or commercial. Fuel transfer of more than 1,000 litres of fuel. Permits can but issued for these from the Harbour Master or Assistant Harbour Masters.
