Annual Meetings

The Dart Harbour Annual Meeting is planned for Tuesday 15th March 2022 – more details to follow


The 2019 annual meeting was held on 11th of December 2019.  For those of you who were unable to attend the slides can be viewed from the link on this page.

The Dart Harbour Annual Meeting is an opportunity for members of the public and stakeholders to find out about how we are working towards our vision,

To manage, protect and enhance the River Dart as a safe and thriving community asset.

Attendees will hear a number of  presentations by the CEO/Harbour Master and Board Members, focused on the following topics,

  • Stakeholder groups update
  • Meeting our objectives
    • Safety
    • Attractive Port
  • Stewardship of the Environment
  • Financial Update
  • The Annual Budget
  • Our Future Plans
  • Q and A

Following the presentations, there is an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. We ask that any questions are shared with us ahead of the meeting to enable any research needed to ensure a meaningful answer.

The meeting concludes with light refreshments and an opportunity for networking.

Annual Meeting 2020 - Cancelled

Owing to the Coronavirus social distancing restrictions, the 2020 Annual Meeting has been cancelled and a provisional date of 24th February 2021 has been agreed.  An invitation to the Annual Meeting will follow if this date is confirmed.
