Two-Day Book Festival for Dartmouth

The Flavel is embarking on a brand-new venture: a Book Festival on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September 2024, in partnership with Browser Books, The Community Bookshop and Dartmouth Library.

Dartmouth has become known, not only as a sailing and tourist destination, but also as a town that holds very successful and enjoyable festivals: the Music Festival, the Food Festival and Dartmouth Royal Regatta. So, we thought a Book Festival would to be a wonderful addition to the busy calendar of events in the town. We have a large number of authors living in the area, and this will be a superb way to showcase their work, and of course, to welcome authors from further afield.
