LNTM 20-2022 National Mourning & 21 Gun Salute

Dart Harbour joins with the nation in sadness at the death of Her Beloved Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

In this period of national mourning, all harbour users are requested to act with respect for the solemnity of the occasion, keeping noise and wash to a minimum.  Vessels should fly Ensigns at half mast until 08:00 on the morning following the funeral.  In the spirit of this, a number of yacht clubs have decided to cancel racing over this period, which we fully support.

On Saturday 10th September at 11:00 a 21 Gun salute will be fired from Royal Dart Yacht Club in Kingswear.
