LNTM 23-24 Sunken boat on DW2 pontoon

All mariners are advised that there is a sunken 8m yacht alongside DW2 visitor pontoon.  This boat is completely submerged.  There are also anchor cables holding the pontoon clear of the sunken boat, on both Dartmouth and Kingswear sides. We will mark the position of the boat with an oil boom and a wreck marking buoy.

DW2 pontoon is out of use, and all vessels should keep a wide berth.

DW2 pontoon is located on the Kingswear side of the main channel, to the south of the Higher Car Ferry.  DW1 and DW3 pontoons are unaffected.
