LNTM 09-25 – Mayors Avenue Pontoon (formerly Green Pontoon).

All Mariners are advised:

The new Mayor’s Avenue Pontoon (images below), replacing the former Green Pontoon, is now fully installed and operational. This new pontoon, is now secured by fixed uprights to the quayside, providing a safer and more stable access point to the shore. It is particularly suited for short-stay dinghies and tenders, offering convenient access to Avenue Gardens toilets and the town centre.

Please note that the southern plastic section of the pontoon remains out of bounds pending the installation of a securing anchors. This section will remain barriered off until it is safe for use.
